1.5 oz. Dixie Wildflower Honey Vodka
0.5 oz. honey syrup*
0.75 oz. lemon juice
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine vodka, honey syrup, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
* To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until honey dissolves. Remove from heat, and cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes). Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks in airtight container.
