CITRUS
2 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka
4 oz red grapefruit juice
1 slice jalapeño
Shake with ice, pour into glass & top with soda.
Muddle 2 blackberries in tumbler
1 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka
4 oz lemonade
Shake with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
2 oz Dixie Citrus Vodka
1 piece watermelon (roughly a square-inch cube)
1 piece pineapple (roughly a square-inch cube)
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake with ice, strain into ice-filled glass & top with soda.
Muddle 2 strawberries in tumbler

Shake with ice and top with soda.
Fill glass with ice; combine:

2 oz lemonade
4 mint leaves
Shake; pour in ice-filled glass. Top with soda, juice of 1/4 lemon & dash of Angostura bitters.
Fill shaker with ice; add:

3 cucumber slices
2 oz apple cider
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 mint leaves
Shake; pour in ice-filled glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with cucumber slice.
SOUTHERN
1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka
.5 oz Benedictine
.75 oz St. Germain
3 heavy shots of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 oz lemon juice strained
.5 oz simple syrup
Served in a martini glass and garnished with a little mint and blackberry.
2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka
5 cups cut up watermelon — remove seeds
2 cups ice
3 oz margarita mix
Put all in blender, serve in glass with salted rim.

1 muddled peach
2 oz orange juice

Shake ingredients, then strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with 3 oz champagne.

Muddle one peach, press through strainer with back of spoon. Add 2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka to peach juice, shake in tumbler with ice. Pour into highball glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon wedge.
1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka

Combine ingredients over ice and shake hard until the ice begins to break up and the shaker gets really cold. Dip the rim of a martini glass in lemon juice and then sugar. Strain shaker into glass.
1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka
.5 oz Velvet Falernum
10 fresh blueberries
.5 oz blueberry syrup*
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Blenheim’s Spicy Ginger Ale
Muddle 6 blueberries, add vodka, falernum, blueberry syrup, lemon juice, ice and shake. Pour into mason jar, add ice to top of glass and top with spicy ginger ale. Garnish with remaining fresh blueberries, skewered and a lemon slice.
*Blueberry syrup is equal parts water, sugar and blueberries (make quantity as desired). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Strain off blueberry skins. Store in glass jar. Will keep for a week in the refrigerator.

1 oz mango puree (can substitute with mango juice)
1 lemon wedge, squeezed and discarded
Shake and pour into mason jar, top with soda, garnish with sliver of dried mango.
BLACK PEPPER
1.5 oz Dixie Black Pepper Vodka
1.0 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake and pour over ice. Garnish with a fresh jalapeño.
1.5 oz Dixie Black Pepper Vodka
4 oz ginger beer
.25 tsp pickled jalapeño juice
splash of soda
juice of 1/4 lime
Stir, garnish with pickled jalapeño slice.

.5 oz simple syrup
2-4 oz dry hard cider
Combine first three ingredients in a shaker tin over ice. Hard shake and pour into rocks glass with one large ice cube. Top with cider and serve.

4 dashes Worcestershire
1 dash sriracha
Shake ingredients with ice, pour into glass with celery salt rim. Garnish with lemon. This can also be a shooter cocktail with a crawfish tail.
Clamato makes this a great companion to crawfish boils, oyster roasts, etc.
2 oz Dixie Black Pepper Vodka
6 oz bloody mary mix
.25 tsp chili oil
juice of 1/4 lemon
Pour over ice, garnish with celery salt & black pepper.

Shake with ice and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with bell pepper and pinch of mint.
MINT
2 oz Dixie Mint Vodka
8 oz ice
4 oz Coca-Cola
1 tsp superfine sugar
Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into rocks glass, garnish with mint leaf.
1.5 oz Dixie Mint Vodka
4 oz iced coffee
.5 oz Kahlua
1 oz heavy cream
Shake over ice and pour into tall glass, don’t strain. Can switch out mint for plain vodka and add .5 oz amaretto.
2 oz Dixie Mint Vodka
1 cup cream
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
.25 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons cream in small saucepan over medium heat until cocoa and sugar have dissolved. Whisk in remaining cream, and continue stirring until hot. Stir in vanilla and Dixie Mint Vodka. Pour into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!

2 oz Kahlua
.5 oz simple syrup
Shake and pour over ice.
1 bottle Dixie Mint Vodka
3 large tea bags (or 12 individual bags) for iced tea, or purchase your choice of pre-made sweet tea
4 cups water
1 cup sugar
fresh mint sprigs
4 cups of lemonade
8 lemon slices
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add in tea bags. Let tea bags steep for 5 minutes then remove. Stir in one cup of sugar until dissolved. Pour tea, lemonade, and vodka into preferred punch serving bowl. Add additional 3 quarts of water and stir together. Muddle handful of mint leaves in a separate bowl and add to punch ingredients. Cover and chill until cool. Fill mason jars with ice and pour in tea. Garnish with mint sprig and lemon slice.
MULTIPLE VARIETALS
1.5 oz Dixie Southern Vodka
.5 oz Dixie Mint Vodka
.5 oz lemon juice
4 to 6 oz ginger beer
Squeeze lemon juice into a Collins glass (or Moscow Mule mug) and drop in the spent shell. Add 2 or 3 ice cubes, pour in both vodkas and fill the glass with ginger beer. Stir.
2 oz Dixie Southern Vodka
2 oz Dixie Black Pepper Vodka
2 oz brine from olive jar
Shake all together and pour up in a martini glass with one or three olives – two is bad luck!

Chill vodka, cranberry juice, and dry hard cider. Combine first four ingredients in a large punch bowl. Top with hard cider and slices of lemons and lime. Serve with ladle and enjoy!
