In a shaker, muddle 6 fresh blueberries, add ice, and combine:
1.5 oz. Dixie Vodka
0.5 oz. blueberry syrup
0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
Shake and strain into a mason jar. Add ice, and top with Blenheim Spicy Ginger Ale. Garnish with 4 fresh blueberries (skewered) and a lemon slice.
