Our friends at Pony Up in Denver, Colorado developed this decadent hot cocoa cocktail to show off the fun and range of our Mint flavor!
1 1/2 oz. Dixie Mint Vodka
1/2 oz. Rompope
6 oz. hot cocoa
Coconut dulce de leche whipped cream
1 can Thai coconut cream
Combine all of the ingredients in a coffee cocktail mug. Top with whipped cream and garnish with Oaxacan chocolate.
*Remove all solids from coconut cream can and add to whipped cream dispenser. Discard remaining coconut water. Add sweetened condensed milk. Seal dispenser and shake vigorously. Charge twice. Shake again, serve.
