Frozen Peach Bellini
If you love a good Bellini, you’ll love this frozen version with fresh mint. Pull out your blender, add ice, and get to mixin’!
2 oz. Dixie Peach Vodka
1 lemon wedge (squeezed and discarded)
0.5 oz. (or 1 bar spoon) agave nectar
1 c. ice
Sparkling wine or Champagne
1 fresh peach slice
1 sprig of mint
Add Dixie Peach Vodka, juice from lemon wedge, agave nectar, and ice into a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve in an old fashioned glass, top with sparkling wine or Champagne, and garnish with a fresh peach slice and sprig of mint.
