1.5 oz. Dixie Southern Vodka
0.5 oz. Dixie Mint Vodka
0.5 oz. lemon juice (or half lemon)
4 to 6 oz. ginger beer
Sprig of mint
Squeeze half of a lemon into a Moscow Mule mug, leaving squeezed lemon rind in glass. Add ice, pour in both vodkas, and top off with ginger beer. Stir and serve. Garnish with fresh mint.
