Your traditional mule gets a summery Southern upgrade with a muddled peach that makes it perfect peak-summer enjoyment.
Ingredients
2 oz. Dixie Southern Vodka
1 peach
1 can ginger beer
Lemon wedge
Instructions
Muddle peach, and press through strainer with back of a spoon into a tumbler filled with ice. Add Dixie Southern Vodka, shake, and pour into highball glass. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with lemon wedge.
